W ith the lavish grand-open- ing fête of B&B Butchers & Restaurant in 2015, owner Ben Berg established him- self as a maestro of deli- cious evenings. That tradition continued with B&B's second anniversary bash, a benefit for the Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation, where well-heeled second-gen partygoers took over the second floor and deck and enjoyed a delicious sampling from the menu. As he sur- veyed the lively scene, Berg said, "I love par- ties right? I'm in the position to do it. So let's have a great party." The $100 martinis created quite a stir: Purchasing one included a chance to win a $17,000 cocktail ring from Tenenbaum Jewelers.
