The structure housed Hunt Oil, Dallas Petroleum Club and, fi ctitiously, Ewing Oil on the TV show Dallas. Now, Drever Capital Management is doing a $380 million restoration of the long- vacant building and its precious white marble, which was sourced from the same Greek quarry as the Parthenon.
