32nd annual gala. Themed
"Celebrating Hollywood at the
Movies," the soirée drew more
than 600 Tinseltown revelers
to the Westin Galleria Houston,
where $568,000 was raised to
support the foundation's cancer
crusade. The star-studded
evening honored handbag
queen Elaine Turner and
spotlighted Kenny Loggins,
who performed his greatest
hits from films Footloose to Top
Gun. Post-dinner and auction,
the band Skyrocket kept guests
dancing into the wee hours.
