The afternoon���s highlight was a compelling speech by author and activist Jessica Valenti, who founded the blog feministing.com. More than $250,000 was raised to help Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast provide affordable sexual health information and services to the community. Distinguished guests including Mayor Annise Parker, Paul Brockman, Scott Greenwood, and PPGC prez/ CEO Melaney Linton joined together to commemorate this historic day.
