As CEO of the venerable auction house, Susan arranges for a truckload of must-haves to be sent from the Crescent City to Houston. On this occasion, more than 300 pieces of jewelry, designer handbags, and watches were on display, including a fancy yellow-diamond ring — a 35.75-carat dazzler — that was expected to fetch $900,000 to $1.2 million.
