Thus, his confection of a book, Dragons & Pagodas, a Celebration of Chinoiserie (Vendome) … Designer Bryan Huffman who worked with Bunny Mellon for decades, and Thomas Lloyd, Bunny Mellon's grandson, together discuss Ms. Mellon's legendary homes, gardens and life, and sign their stunning book, Bunny Mellon Style (Gibbs-Smith), co-hosted by ICAA … Edmund Hollander of Hollander Landscape Architects has won multiple prestigious ICAA awards— Institute of Architecture & Art Arthur Ross Awards, Stanford White Awards and Acanthus Awards, and he is an elected Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects, one of the society's highest honors. Hollander is one of the few landscape architects to appear on the AD 100 List and his work has been photographed for Architectural Digest, Galerie, Veranda and other publications. The third annual Dallas show house opens Thursday, September 22, and runs through October 23. Jean Liu, Chad Dorsey, and Jan Showers return as co-chairs, with vice-chairs Laura Lee Falconer and Trish Sheats, also repeating their roles. Jamie Drake and Veranda editor in chief Steele Marcoux serve as honorary chairs. Veranda magazine takes the lead as national media sponsor, with PaperCity magazine and D Home serving as local media sponsors.
