Retail: Two major openings at Highland Park Village are currently on our radar: Miu Miu, debuting sometime this winter, and Hermès, likely in early 2027 … Brian Bolke, founder of The Conservatory, shared some exciting news: Botanical by The Conservatory has reopened at 4141 Lomo Alto Drive. We popped over and found beautiful plants, containers by Bergs Potter and Kelly Wearstler, vintage ceramics, chic candles, tomes galore featuring gardens and interiors, and a corner for Bell'Invito stationery … NorthPark Center has seen the recent openings of TAG Heuer, Moncler, and Gianvito Rossi. While you're checking them out, be sure to visit The Trains at NorthPark, November 15 through January 4. The annual tradition benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas … Forty Five Ten now carries an expanded selection of menswear. Previously you could find gender-fluid Dries Van Noten, but now Plan C, Giuliva Heritage, and Jacquemus are available to up your wardrobe game … Finally, we love checking out sparkling jewels — especially when the designer looks like a movie-marquee idol — so you'll find us at the Grange Hall trunk show for Fernando Jorge November 13 through 15. The Brazilian- born creative is based in London and founded his label in 2011, marrying his upbringing in the sensual heat of South America with the rebellious yet refined spirt of U.K. style. Photo Bomb: You might get a chance to jump in a shot with one of the most acclaimed masters of the lens, Annie Lebovitz, at her Dallas Museum of Art's Arts & Letters Live program on Wednesday, N o v e m b e r 1 2 . T h e renowned photographer will showcase work from her new tome, Women, 2025 Edition — images of female performers, astronauts, artists, farmers, CEOs, philanthropists, soldiers, musicians, athletes, and scientists. The book also includes essays by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Susan Sontag, and Gloria Steinem. Social: Chefs for Farmers' Main Event returns for its 15th year on Sunday, November 2 (as we go to press, the Saturday-night event is sold out), at Old City Park. It's a decadent afternoon of delectable bites from popular and up-and-coming restaurants alike, with chardonnays and pinot noirs from some exceptional wineries … Then it's time for Texas Design Week Dallas, which runs Monday through Friday, November 3 through 7 — a week of salon talks, panel discussions, book signings, product launches, and cocktails with a roster of top names in design and architecture … Friday, November 7, is also the public launch of the 6th Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas, preceded by the President's Dinner at Neiman Marcus Downtown on Wednesday, November 5, honoring Jan Showers (with returning chairs Claire Emanuelson, Jan Showers, and Shelby Wagner), and VIP Opening Preview Day on Thursday, November 6, 4 to 8 pm … Also on Thursday, November 6, you'll find us at An Evening with DocStars at the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building, presented by the Lyda Hill Philanthropies. Raise a glass in honor of the 2025 recipients of The Cary Council's Early Stage Research Grants — visionary investigators whose work is shaping the next breakthroughs in healthcare … On Saturday, November 8, we're double- booked. The Aging Mind Foundation Polo Cup Gala Kickoff Celebration promises a day of cocktails, bites, live music and the chance to watch Dallas' most competitive teams play in a finals match while supporting groundbreaking research to uncover the causes of Alzheimer's and other dementias. It all takes place at the Prestonwood Polo Club. Also on Saturday, November 8, you'll see our science nerd alter-egos come out for Perot Museum of Nature and Science's annual fundraising event, Night at the Museum, which promises engaging experiences, exquisite food, and enticing cocktails … On Tuesday, November 11, head to the always verdant Dallas Arboretum for A Writer's Garden Literary Symposium & Luncheon. The 19th annual event benefits the Women's Council of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and is co-chaired this year by PaperCity's Melissa Smrekar and Christy Doramus … On Thursday, November 13, grab a drink with us at The EmpowerHER Dinner in support of the Young Women's Preparatory Network. The evening at a home in the Park Cities features an intimate multi-course dining experience with some of our city's most revered female chefs … On Saturday, November 15, we'll make our way to Fair Park for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Centennial Celebration. Highlights include the Taste United Food & Wine Festival, patron dinner, and a once-in-a- century concert pairing Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Janet Jackson and country superstar Blake Shelton … You'll find us in black tie on Thursday, November 20, for the AT&T Performing Arts Center Gala hosted by Alina and Ruben Esquivel and Candice and Adam C. Wright, honoring Shannon and Ted Skokos and featuring a performance from The Music of Billy Joel & Elton John — starring Michael Cavanaugh. … On Friday, November 21, we'll end our week with the Hope Party at The Statler benefiting the Grant Halliburton Foundation. The host committee, put together by co-chairs Karla Noone and Reed Robertson, seems to be filled with our most fashionable clique (wink wink, Piper, Zoe, Kara, Brian, and Jennifer), so we know this will be the moment to break out that Saint Laurent ensemble in our wardrobe that's been begging to be seen.
