When Minute Maid's roof is open, you'll have one of the most distinctive views in all of Houston. And Marvy Finger's reputation casts this place as a step (or 10) above some of the cookie- cutter mid-rises cropping up across the city. Dollar: For lease; $1,300 to $2,800 monthly. Move-In Date: This fall. Contact: Rental office to open on site soon, 713.222.0500, 500crawford.com.
