A fter 22 years, PaperCity unveiled a new format — a classic perfect-bound configura- tion — timed to the release of the September issue. The venue was Bistro Menil, on the campus of the renowned Menil Collection, where toque Greg Martin plies his culinary craft at the level of an art form. Friends and supporters turned out for an elegant, early-fall evening, led by co-founder and editor in chief Holly Moore. Guests sampled Martin's mini crab cakes, macaron- like BLTs, and filet crostini, paired with Prosecco, while Smilebooth recorded party pics for posterity.
