At the River Oaks store, a swell group gathered to celebrate Stages Repertory Theatre, as well as the arrival of new store manager Tyler May. Stages board president G eorge Lancaster, a J. McLaughlin man through and through, led the night with a stellar trio of co-hosts: Lauren Taft, Libby Cagle, and J. McLaughlin district manager Jana Houston. Next up was the opening of the Woodlands J. McLaughlin boutique — the brand's third in Houston — which benefi tted Angel Reach, a nonprofi t that assists teens in foster care in Montgomery County. Christine Bergsrud hosted the night. Execs from J. McLaughlin's Brooklyn HQ made it in for both evenings — Josh Bell, Jack Lynch and Olivia Wilcox.
