T he delightful new early-evening Flow & Prosper menu at Yauatcha res taurant, located in the Galleria's luxury square next to The Webster, was reason enough for PaperCity to round up a collection of young professionals to test drive the new fall dim sum offerings and luscious cocktails. Yauatcha brand ambassador Gigi Huang and manager Jonathan Li welcomed the young and the restless, who poured in from the Galleria offi ce towers and points beyond. The hit of the night was the lychee martini, composed of vodka, lychee juice, lime, and orange bitters, and topped with a lychee nut.
