Now Berg is crafting a new restaurant, Benjamin in The Star, the high-rise that took over the landmark. Original Texaco building architects Warren & Wetmore also designed Grand Central Station, sealing the deal for Berg. "I kind of thought 'I have to do this, being from New York,'" he says.
