P aperCity's silver anniversary was simply too momentous to be celebrated in a single evening. A stylish throng of 200 friends and fans from the fashion, design, and real estate realms gathered in the couture salon for a champagne- and tequila-fueled frolic that held a special surprise: City Council Member David W.
