W hen Dakota's Steakhouse shuttered last May, it seemed like the end of an era of Dallas dining. The underground spot had been a staple for more than 36 years with its glass elevator that transported diners 18 feet down to the subterranean dining room. But Dakota's Steakhouse is coming back to life, thanks to new owners. Meredith McEneny, wife of local restaurateur Tim McEneny (Sloane's Corner), is bringing Dakota's back.
