Twenty acclaimed chefs — including Alejandro Rojas, Guido Brambilla, Matt McCallister, Jeff Harris, and Jason Maddy — vied for the Golden Skillet Award, but ultimately the Rosewood Crescent Hotel's own Juan Rosado took top honors, thanks to his seaweed-cured diver scallops. Guests burned off calories on the dance floor, happily knowing that more than $390,000 was raised for 40-plus performing arts organizations. Guests are still buzzing about the bidding war involving emcee Brendan Higgins over a trip to NYC to catch Saturday Night Live in person.
