HOW IT'S STACKED Main floor: Fragrance, cosmetics, hand- bags, shoes, accessories, fine jewelry, plus the Copper Bar, where top-name Cham- pagnes flow and chocolates are conjured by Thomas Keller. Second floor: This is wholly women's — shops for Azzedine Alaïa, Céline, Marc Jacobs, and Maison Margiela. Third floor: Home design and men's, including a Berluti shop-in-shop. On four? A new restaurant concept from Headington Companies dubbed Mirador that's wrapped by a terrace and led by the Joule hotel's executive chef Junior Borges, whose resume includes Uchi and FT33. (Fret not, devotees of the McKinney Avenue store's T Room café: The eatery will remain open in its current location, Tuna melts and Brian Bowls included. WHAT'S STOCKED If you are a fashion-obsessed female, secure smelling salts now. Among the collections inside 1615 Main — virtually all of Forty Five Ten's established and chic stable — there are many new and exclusive-to-here names, including Acne, Rick Owens Hun, Palmer Harding, and Urban Zen. There are shoes from Prada, Miu Miu, and Gucci and handbags by everyone from Margiela to Valextra, both Dallas exclusives. Fancy fine jewelry? Monique Péan, Sidney Garber, and Fred Leighton, among others. Modern dandies are in dandy shape, with Acne, Alexander McQueen, Gucci, and more. Gift-givers and home-design junkies, listen up: There are Smythson goodies, an entire shop of books from Assouline, and "I HOPE THAT 10 DIFFERENT PEOPLE CAN EXPE- RIENCE IT IN 10 DIFFERENT WAYS. THERE ARE NO RIGHT ANSWERS. SOMEONE WILL LOVE THE RESTAURANT, SOMEONE THE ART, SOMEONE THE BEAUTY DEPARTMENT, SOMEONE THE BOOKS." — Brian Bolke, president and co-founder, Forty Five Ten Fine jewelry on the main floor Alaïa shop on the second floor For men, a Berluti shop on the third floor Home decoratives on the third floor 42
