Not only were celebrity-chef dinner parties and fabulous trips on the auction tables at The Astorian, but also a goodly selection of rare wines. The night of fine food by City Kitchen, exceptional wines (merci, Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods), and classical music by a string quartet of Houston Symphony musicians reigns as one of the city's most applauded events.
