It's hard to keep up with the jewelry mogul and philanthropist as she works a room. PaperCity's Megan Ziots tries when Scott swept into Dallas for a day at Children's Health hospital and her store in West Village. After building a billion-dollar company (a business she started by making jewelry in a spare bedroom), Scott shows no signs of slowing down.
