Bungalow 5 is known for its in-house team of cabinet- makers and fi nishers who produce side tables, chests, desks, and multitudes of other furnish- ings in exuberant lacquered raffi a and lac- quer-dragged plaster, mirror, and eye-popping fi nishes, all designed by New York designers and architects. Beaucoup photographs of the furniture and accessories have appeared in Elle Decor, House Beautiful, and Veranda. For the opening fête, Dwell with Dignity, Bungalow 5, and PaperCity magazine hosted a smashing cel- ebration. On the scene in the new 7,000-square- foot-showroom were Bungalow 5 founders John Roudabush and Luca Rensi, head designer and product developer Marina Lanina, and, in from New York, Bungalow 5 VIPs Teresa Herrmann and Susi Lu.
