W h e n H a r r y Wi n s t o n introduced its enchanting transformation of the Forget-Me-Not blossom into a new collection, the interpretation was exclusively in diamonds. For the second incarnation of the delicate wildflower, released last spring, the house added dazzling blue and pink sapphires. Centered with diamonds, the ethereal blossoms float through delicate diamond necklaces and bracelets, earrings and rings with equal splendor. The collection's Houston debut was cause for celebration at the River Oaks District boutique, where Houston director Petra Martinez and Papercity welcomed a fashionable clutch assembled to view the latest in Harry Winston's tradition of interpreting nature's beauty through gemstones. Waitstaff from A Fare Extraordinaire offered champagne and delicate bites, while guests explored the latest blooms in the Harry Winston garden. In a nod to the evening's celebration, Richard Flowers and The Events Company dressed the salon in lavish bouquets and fragrant garlands.
