Long an admir- er and collector of antiquities, Aiduss weaves some of his favorite bespoke trims from his exclusive signature collection created for Houlés-Paris into his design. e ancient Greek inspired motifs blend seamlessly with modernist counterparts, and the sequencing of scale provides a delicate balance with the bolder statements in the room. Conceived largely out of a gilded-age set- ting, the designer manages to blend the ancient with the contemporary for a sophisticated and unique look that is undeniably Michael Aiduss.
