F ashion lovers adore Dallas designer Tish Cox, and now there's more to love: Tish's daughter, 21-year- old Sheridan, has launched an offshoot collection that speaks to every young girl in the fashion know, Sheridan for Tish. "What inspires me most about my mother's fashion label is the fact that it's chic, timeless, and always on point," says Sheridan, a senior at Southern Methodist University. "Her attention to detail is crazy." Remember 2020, when the resourceful among us passed the lockdown by dreaming up brilliant business opportunities? Sheridan was one of those. After lots of online shopping during COVID revealed little that she considered worth wearing, the mom-and-daughter duo came up with the idea of transforming leftover fabric from the Tish Cox line into basic everyday pieces. Sheridan's keen eye for predicting trends is what makes Sheridan for Tish so special; follow @sheridanfortish on Instagram for a look. Sheridan for Tish, at Clover, 4603 W. Thoughts of summer bliss have been replaced by thoughts of going far, far away — anywhere to f i n d relief from our endless Texas summer. For like-minded individuals, Louis Vuitton thoughtfully offers us two new volumes in its Fashion Eye collection of photography books. Fashion Eye Italian Rivieras relives the splendor of the Italian coast from the 1960s to 1980s, as seen through the lens of Slim Aarons. For those dreaming of a more tropical setting, LV has you covered with Fashion Eye Tahiti, shot by French photographer Jonathan Llense. Llense spent a month photographing the island and its close neighbors, depicting not just the sand and palms, but also the less seen — the ordinary — in this paradise. Both available at bookstores to tide over your wanderlust. Steven Hempel Wanna Get Away?
