DAVID BROWN Rolling the Dice at World Trade Soirée Tony Chase & Dina Alsowayel T he Greater Houston Partnership's annual World Trade Soirée, "Luck Be Houston," channeled vintage Vegas at Hotel ZaZa with an homage to its glory days. Chairman Becky Thomas queued up an evening of cocktails and globally themed buffets, gaming tables and photo ops with showgirls, Rat Pack and Marilyn Monroe impersonators. Five hundred guests took their chances, included honorary chair Scott McClelland (H-E-B's honcho), Mayor Annise Parker and GHP chairman Tony Chase.
