A revered American fashion- industry mogul, Rosen co-founded Theory with Elie Tahari in 1997 and has built the brand into a billion-dollar business. The evening's host, Robyn Siegel, with husband Michael Siegel, arranged for a portion of sales to benefit Dallas Afterschool, a nonprofit that seeks to improve area afterschool and summer programs (Robyn recently joined the board).
