Buzzing and Brunching for Hive N estor Topchy's utopian dream (a visual and performing arts community inhabiting shipping containers) moved one step closer to pollination when he and fellow Hive board members hosted their first-ever cultivation brunch at Topchy and Mariana Lemesoff's enchanting arts and home complex on the near Northside. Bites courtesy of Lemesoff's eatery AvantGarden and a cake shaped like the proposed Hive (down to the beautifully frosted mini shipping-container baked goods concocted by Steven Klimas and daughter Nellie) made the afternoon in the Crystal Palace- shaped studio surrounded by a moat as inspiring as the project.
