Y ear four of the Houston PaperCity Design Awards at The Houston Design Center elicited a record number of 297 entries across 15 categories, with two new Epic awards bestowed. We downloaded more than 2,000 beautiful photographs of impressive projects into digital libraries. Our esteemed panel of judges — designers Vicente Wolf and Suzanne Rheinstein, architect Roger Ferris, and architect Vicki Yuan of Lake/Flato, (see more on the judges on the next page) — had some very difficult choices to make. Verdicts were reached, and Rheinstein, Yuan, and Wolf announced the winners at the ceremony Tuesday, April 12, and presented each with a Baccarat award.
