We got mar- ried at a gorgeous vineyard in Charlottesville, Virginia: long wooden tables, dripping candles, and a tree-covered dance floor. It was a fairy tale, truly — an enchanted forest. My hubby was pretty cute, too. HOW'S YOUR PUP. She is the love of my life. (Sorry, Mike!) She is the sweetest, silliest English bulldog. Her name is Tootsie Roll. She is two-and-a- half years old, provides unconditional love, and always has us laughing. Can you tell I'm obsessed? FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP. I love to shop around the West Village and the Meatpacking District in NYC. I make a whole day of it. WE HEAR YOU DESIGN DIAMOND RINGS ON THE SIDE. Designing jewelry is a creative way to ex- press your sense of style, and it's a privi- lege to be a part of someone's engagement process. VACATION DESTINATION. I think I'll go with Provence. Something about sipping rosé poolside in a gorgeous medieval village really speaks to my soul. MUSIC. Country, country, country. WHAT YOU'RE READING. Khaled Hosseini's A Thousand Splendid Suns. Your Instagram. My Instagram feed consists of my friends, all things bulldogs, interior design, travel, weddings, and food. Who you follow. My top three are @stylemepretty @delish, and @beautifuldestinations. The item in your closet you can't live without. Black Chanel flats. Flower. Sunflowers. Designer. Oscar de la Renta. Secret talent. I played ice hockey in boarding school and college. Something few people know about you. I ran the New York City marathon on a broken ankle. Your teams. The New York Rangers and New York Giants. My husband and I met at a NY Rangers game. Obsessions. Traveling. Orange Theory Fitness. Christian Louboutins. Favorite restaurant. No reservations required: Eating on the dock of our lake house on the upper peninsula of Michigan. Women you admire. Aside from my mom and my sister … Sara Blakely, Oprah Winfrey, and Beyoncé (because she's Queen Bey!). Words to live by. A very simple French proverb: "That day is lost on which one has not laughed." So far, what you love about Dallas. How friendly people are! What you'll miss about NYC. Its spontaneous spirit. What you won't miss about NYC. The subway and the honking. So much honking!
